13 disc x 6 pin rotor running 24 fixed hammers with replaceable tips (rotating mass – 3.2 tonnes).
HYDRAULICS
Rexroth variable displacement pump set and 24v electric solenoids driving radial piston motors, tank capacity 500 litres.
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
Electrically monitoring blocked hydraulic filter, low hydraulic oil level, high hydraulic oil temperature and mill under speed conditions. Blocked Hydraulic filter switches
INSTRUMENTATION
Hourmeter, voltmeter, tachometer, oil pressure and water temperature gauges.
CONTROL
Remote push button transmitter. Programmable PLC Proportional Load sense Infeed Speed Control & Diagnostic System.
INFEED CONVEYOR
Steel slats 1570 wide, speed adjustable.
FEED WHEEL
Aggressive multi-toothed 1000 dia. 950 opening height, speed adjustable.
OUTFEED CONVEYOR
2 rubber belts 1500 wide, cleated inclined belt, discharge height 4.3 metres. Belt speed – 150 metres/minute.
