The Redback Grinder Company (and Machinery) are going to be at CivEnEx again this year. The dates are 16 & 17 May 2007 at the Western Sydney International Dragway, Eastern Creek, NSW. We look forward to seeing you all there!!

The marketplace has been waiting a long time and the moment has finally arrived…
THE REDBACK GRINDER COMPANY is happy to announce the arrival of the TREKKER. The TREKKER is a 425HP Track Mounted Horizontal Green Waste Grinder.
This is our first Track Machine of the new flow-through design. The major advantage of this new design is the ability to feed long lengths (whole trees) into the machine without shearing to length. It also significantly reduces the risk of contamination into the stockpile of processed materials. The light weight of this Machine, coupled with its high torque drives makes a versatile package in the roughest terrain.
A few TREKKER Specs:
GVM: 28 tonnes
Engine: The Trekker is powered by a CAT C-13 24v Starting System, 35 AMP Alternator, safety shutoffs for a low pressure and high water temperature.
Clutch: Fitted with a HP Tech – HPTO 12 Auto Clutch
Mill: Dynamically balanced, V Belt driven, running 20 hammers with replaceable double ended bolt on tips.
Hydraulics: Rexroth variable displacement pumps & electronic solenoid valves driving radial piston motors.
With production rates of up to 150 cubic metres per hour and weighing in at 28 tonnes – at last the contracting industry has a track machine made in Australia with local back up at a reasonable price!

The Redback Grinder Company is pleased to announce the arrival of the Predator & Viper! Little brother of the Stinger and powered by a Caterpillar Engine which dependant on your requirements ranges from 275HP to 425HP.
These Grinders are so versatile;able to do pallets, bark processing, land fill & green waste, re-grinding and yes...land clearing too.
